About

How this referral line works

Mesa Arizona Water Damage is a website and a phone number. It isn't a restoration company. Here is what happens when you call, and how the site is paid.

The arrangement

Who you talk to, and who does the work

When you dial the number on this site, the call is routed through a referral network to an independent restoration contractor that takes jobs in Mesa and nearby East Valley towns. That contractor, not this site, inspects the damage, gives you a price, and does any work you agree to.

The site is paid when calls are referred. Contractors or the referral network pay for those introductions, so a call costs you nothing beyond your usual phone charges. That payment doesn't change what you pay the contractor, which is between you and them.

The site doesn't vet, license, insure or guarantee contractors. Before anyone starts, ask for their Arizona ROC licence number and proof of insurance, and check the licence yourself.

How the call works

Four steps, and you stay in charge

  1. 01

    Call and describe it

Say what got wet, where the water came from and when you first noticed it. That is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Get put through

Your call is routed to an independent restoration contractor working in Mesa and the surrounding East Valley.

  3. 03

    Inspection and scope

The contractor looks at the damage, takes moisture readings and explains the work and their price in writing.

  4. 04

    Your decision

Nothing is booked until you agree. Check their ROC licence, call your insurer and ask anything you need to.

What this site doesn't do

  • Collect forms, texts or online requests.
  • Publish reviews, ratings or testimonials.
  • Promise when a contractor answers or arrives.

Sources

Where the local facts come from

Utility, permit, weather and insurance details on these pages come from official sources: the City of Mesa and neighbouring towns, NWS Phoenix, the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions, the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Arizona Revised Statutes. Each fact links to its source.

Population figures are Census Bureau estimates for 2025. If something has changed, the linked official page is the one to trust.
