Common questions
Quick answers
Is this a restoration company?
No. It is a referral line. Calls go to independent restoration contractors who do the work and set their own prices.
What kinds of damage can I call about?
Water from pipes, appliances, slab leaks, roofs and storms; sewage backups; fire and smoke damage; and mold that followed a leak.
Do I need to know what caused the leak?
No. Tell the contractor what you can see, where it is wet and when it started. Finding the source is part of their job, together with a plumber or roofer if needed.
Does this site handle insurance claims?
No. It doesn't file, manage or negotiate claims. Arizona's insurance department has consumer pages on water damage and homeowners insurance.
Can I email instead of calling?
For water damage, a phone call is the way to reach a contractor. The email address on the contact page is for questions about this website.
What does a Mesa homeowner need to know about pipes?
The City of Mesa repairs mains and leaks at the meter; the owner is responsible for the water line past the meter and the sewer line from the house to the main.

Talk it through with a Mesa restoration contractor
A short call gets the facts in front of someone who does this work every week: where the water came from, which rooms it reached and how long things have been wet. You choose what happens next.
Water where it shouldn't be? Make the call.
