Referral disclosure

The short version

Mesa Arizona Water Damage is a referral service and not a contractor. It employs no technicians and does no restoration work. Calls are routed to independent restoration contractors, who may pay this site or a referral network for the introduction. Prices and workmanship are the contractor's responsibility. Photos on this site are illustrations.

How referrals are paid

When you call the number on this site, the call may pass through a pay-per-call referral network before reaching an independent restoration contractor. The contractor or the network may pay for calls that meet its conditions, for example a minimum call length or a booked appointment. You pay nothing for the referral. What you pay a contractor is agreed between you and that contractor.

No endorsement

Being connected with a contractor through this line is not a recommendation, rating or guarantee. The site does not inspect work, hold licences for contractors or check their insurance. Arizona's Registrar of Contractors licenses construction work; check any contractor's ROC licence at roc.az.gov before work starts.

Calls may be recorded

The referral network or the contractor may record calls for quality and billing. If you don't want to be recorded, say so at the start of the call or hang up.

Required notice

This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
